It could mean the difference between actually achieving your goal or becoming one of the statistics of people who quit within weeks of starting. So, after all that goal planning, do you need a break?
If you're interested in purchasing a meditation CD, I've been trying Centrepointe's Holosync Meditation CD for about 4 months now. I really like them. In fact, I like them so much that I bought them for my Dad for Christmas. One reason I like them is because I don't have to "focus" or "clear my mind" like you do with regular meditation. I can think whatever I want while I listen to the sounds of rain and my brain is put into the alpha and delta rythms of meditation. Some interesting changes have been happening which I'll describe in a more detailed review in an upcoming newsletter.

I'd also like to take this opportunity to say Thank You for subscribing to my newsletter. It is very much appreciated and I'm very honored that you allow me to be a part of your journey to increase your confidence.
Best wishes to you and your family for 2007. May 2007 be your best year ever. It will be an exciting year as the more you learn about yourself, the more confidence you gain and the more the world opens up to you. Life just gets better and better. Definite reason to to look forward to the new year and to celebrate the new you. And as Oprah says about the start of a new year, "it's another chance for us to get it right." Take Care
