What we really need is a strategy to be able to help reduce the overwhelm before it even starts. Additional Overwhelm ArticlesOverwhelm can be caused by a number of different things. It's not just because you have too many things to do. Not having a strategy in place beforehand as I talked about in the above article and video is one of them but there's also other reasons.For example, as soon as you feel the emotion of overwhelm, it can cause you to suddenly feel extremely stressed.
