Fear is all I know. I was once a productive psychologist work 80 hours a week in a level 14 group home. We housed 22 gang members, I loved my work, I was on call 24/7, I oversaw the therapy, the school and the functions of the home. I truly felt as though God had called me to this work for my growing up was a two parent Christian home. I looked forward to all aspects of the work, training the counsellors, dealing with attempted suicide ( no fatalities), ran groups with the gang members in which we designed a new way to live once the passed our program. On beautiful sunny day, I was dealing with a member who had not made level so privellages were taken. In a split second my life changed for every, I was attacked, 3 cracked ribs, chest wall contusion, strained thorax which led to a debilitating disorder that has left 100% disabled. My life dream, education gone. Yes I have adult children, all is well. But I feel as nothing
