Cindi, try adding some salt that has all its minerals intact (such as Himalayan pink rock salt, or Sel de Guerande to your water a couple of times per day...this will help the water to be utilised by your body. Add about a quarter of a teaspoon to a pint glass of water. The book called "Your Body's Many Cries for Water" by Dr Batmangelidjh is a fantastic book that explains about how chronic dehydration can cause cholesterol build up in the arteries to avoid airlocks in the bloodstream, and how dehydration can cause diabetes and other things too. Anyway, hope this helps someone....I know this is 5 years after Cindi's message.
All the best :)
